These Terms of Service govern your use of the ASTRA BASTION platform operated by Astra Bastion.
By accessing or using the ASTRA BASTION platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.
ASTRA BASTION is an enterprise AI security platform that provides trust scoring, compliance automation, risk quantification, AI agent governance, and related security services. The platform is offered as a SaaS solution with multi-tenant architecture.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities under your account, ensuring authorized use by your organization's members, and complying with your organization's security policies. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
ASTRA BASTION is offered in four tiers: Starter, Professional, Enterprise, and Enterprise Plus. Subscriptions are billed annually or monthly as selected. Pricing is based on asset count and feature access. Enterprise and Enterprise Plus tiers include custom SLAs.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to or generate through ASTRA BASTION, including compliance evidence, risk assessments, and AI model metadata. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the platform services.
We target 99.9% uptime for the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Enterprise tier customers receive a formal SLA with financial remedies for downtime exceeding agreed thresholds.
You agree not to use the platform to violate any laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, reverse-engineer or extract source code, use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform, or share credentials with unauthorized parties.
The ASTRA BASTION platform, its design, algorithms (including the Trust Score algorithm), trademarks, and documentation are the intellectual property of Astra Bastion. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.
ASTRA BASTION provides security assessments, compliance mappings, and risk analysis as decision-support tools. We do not guarantee absolute security or regulatory compliance. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the subscription period in which the issue occurred.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 90 days post-termination, all data will be permanently deleted unless regulatory retention requirements apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangalore, India, unless otherwise agreed in an Enterprise contract.
